About the Award
The JALC Foundation Pacesetter Award recognizes the accomplishments of individuals who attended John A. Logan College after June 30th, 2014. Recipients demonstrate exceptional achievement in their career, commitment to humanitarian service, and continued support of education and community colleges.
Our Mission
- Presenting honorees with a commemorative plaque at the John A. Logan College Commencement ceremony in May
- Recognizing those who have overcome significant obstacles, especially non-traditional students
- Nominating our recipient for the Illinois Community College Trustees Association (ICCTA) statewide Pacesetter Award
Eligibility Requirements
Nominees must have completed a recognized program of instruction or attended for at least 30 semester hours at an Illinois public community college after June 30, 2014.
